You can see from the design of the manifolds and catalytic converters that the engine is powerful, and it was necessary to design slender backward rushing pipes to fit into the engine compartment, but also, to ensure proper catalytic converter efficiency, the catalytic converters had to be placed right behind the manifolds. We received for regeneration of catalytic converters from 2003 Audi A6 quattro v6 3.0 220 km. The car was originally equipped with 4 catalytic converters with the Euro 4 emission standard. Of the first near-catalytic converters, only one was whole and the other showed signs of wear, was cracked and over-fired.

The catalytic converter came to us in deplorable condition. The car was imported damaged, the engine went into reverse crushing the catalytic converter against the bulkhead wall. A new, original catalytic converter cost about 17 thousand pln. .
