Withdrawal from the Contract

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, e.g., via email sent to: kontakt@kat-eko.com.

Return the item to us promptly at the following address:

Kateko

ul. Miętowa 31

10-687 Bartąg

Poland

no later than 14 days from the date of your withdrawal from the contract.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins for a contract:

where we deliver the item and are obligated to transfer ownership—from the moment you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you takes possession of the item.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry.

Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to consumers, among others, in the case of contracts:

for the supply of non-prefabricated goods, made to the consumer’s specifications or tailored to their individual needs,

for the supply of perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life,

for the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing,

for the supply of sealed audio/video recordings or computer software if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Detailed information on withdrawal from the contract can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
