REGENERATION OF CATALYSTS IN JAGUAR 3.0 V6 2015
Catalytic converters play a crucial role in reducing harmful emissions from the engine. In the case of this particular model of Jaguar, I have used 4 catalytic converter inserts measuring 120x100 mm, with a flow capacity of 200 cpsi and complying with the EURO 5 emission standard. RFC manufactures the inserts, and they have all the necessary approvals and a 12-month warranty or 50,000 km mileage.
In summary, regenerating catalytic converters in the Jaguar XJ X351 3.0 2015 can benefit both the vehicle's performance and the environment. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments!
OE Original Numbers:
- C2D17101
- C2D17102
- C2D31422
- C2D31423
- C2D43366
- C2D43368
- 82153638
- 82153644
- DW935E212AB
- DW935E214AC
Identical catalytic converters are also found in models:
- Jaguar XJ 3.0L V6 2013-2018 (petrol)
- Jaguar XJR 5.0L V8 2014-2017 (petrol)
Catalysts used during regeneration:
For the rear catalytic converter, you can use a replacement with lower emission standards, which will lower the overall regeneration cost:
Below is the regeneration process:
1. Before regeneration:
2. Cutting the original
3.After cutting

4. Fitting new inserts

5. After welding the housing

Two hours later, and the catalytic converters are on their way to the customer.
