CATALYTIC CONVERTER REGENERATION IN OPEL INSIGNIA II B 2.0T 260BHP 2019
Catalytic converter regeneration involves welding new metal inserts into the original catalytic converter housing. In the case of the Opel Insignia II B 2.0T, we use 125/100 and 125/100 mm inserts, which have been optimally adapted in terms of diameter and length. These cartridges meet the stringent EURO 6 and EURO 4 emission standards.
The regeneration of the catalytic converter in our company takes place within one day. After receiving the catalytic converter, we weld in new metal inserts from AWG Polonez, which have all the necessary approvals. Once the process is complete, we send back the catalytic converter ready for installation with a 12-month warranty or up to 50,000 km mileage.
Catalytic converter regeneration is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution that allows you to maintain high vehicle performance and meet emission standards. Thanks to the use of modern metal inserts from AWG Polonez, the regenerated catalytic converter in Opel Insignia II B 2.0T will work reliably for a long time. We invite you to use our services and see for yourself the benefits of catalytic converter remanufacturing.
The following is the regeneration process:
1. Preparation of catalytic converters to remove old, worn ceramic cartridges
2. Cutting the original casing and removing the worn ceramic catalyst inserts
3. Installation of new metal inserts with dimensions of 125/100 mm
4. Bonding of catalysts housing
5. Preparing the catalysts for shipment - 2 hours of work and everything is ready ?
