For the Renault Megane IV 1.3 TCE - 2020 model.
We used a specially adapted metal insert with a diameter of 125 mm and a length of 50 mm.

It is perfectly matched to the shape and size of the original catalytic converter housing, which guarantees trouble-free installation and excellent efficiency. The cartridge also meets EURO 6 emission standards, with a capacity of 600 cpsi, so your car remains environmentally friendly and compliant with current regulations.

The following is the regeneration process:

1.Preparing the catalytic converter to remove the old ceramic cartridge

2.Cutting the catalytic converter and checking the condition of the original insert

3. Removal of the damaged cartridge

4.Fitting a new metal AWG EURO 6 - 600 cpsi cartridge

5. Welding of the housing and installation of the original catalytic converter cover

During the above regeneration we did not replace the diesel particulate filter (DPF), it was not necessary due to its good technical condition.
