Description

The subject of the offer is the regeneration of the catalytic converter, which involves welding a new metal catalytic converter insert into the original housing. The dimensions of the insert are optimally selected for this car in terms of diameter and length and are 130/80 mm. The exhaust emission standard of the insert is Euro 5 and the throughput is 600 cpsi. The manufacturer of the insert is AWG and the insert has all the necessary approvals and a 12-month warranty

Also, do not forget to remove the cause of faster wear of the insert, if it wears out faster than usual, the cause may be oil or fuel getting into the exhaust system. If you have a gas installation installed and it is not well adjusted, it also contributes to faster wear of the original ceramic inserts, which are not resistant to the higher gas combustion temperature.

You need to cut the original casing and weld the insert in place of the original one along with the entire casing. The insert should be installed in accordance with the arrow engraved on the insert housing, which indicates the direction of exhaust gas flow.
