We regenerated catalytic converters for automotive legends - Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8 V10 Performance
We recently had the opportunity to work on a Hurricane and an Eight equipped with a powerful 5.2 V10 engine – we restored these cars to factory condition, which is no small feat with machines like these. Every little detail matters here. That is why we strive to ensure that the quality of our work and components is of the highest standard. Hence our choice of RFC metal inserts, which easily meet all emission standards and do not fail even in extreme conditions.
Regeneration covers original equipment (OE) numbers 4S0251211, 4S0251211A, 4S0251211AX, 4S0251211B, 4S0251211BX, 4S0251211C, 4S0251211CX, 4S0251212, 4S0251212A, 4S0251212AX, 4S0251212B, 4S0251212BX, 4S0251212C, 4S0251212CX. Regenerated catalytic converters are ideal for cars with power ratings from 540 to 640 hp.
The engine codes covered by regeneration are: DKAC, DKAB, DKAA, DAXA, DMWA, DJMA, DGBB, DGBL.
Why RFC metal cores?
Simply because they work. They can withstand the extremely high temperatures that occur in sports engines. This gives them a long service life and allows them to effectively clean exhaust gases, regardless of whether the car is used gently or more intensively. For the owner, this means the certainty that the catalytic converter will perform practically like new.
A flow rate of 400 cpsi is not just some abstract number.
Better exhaust flow and lower resistance translate into real improvements in engine performance. But that's only one piece of the puzzle. If the injection fails, the ignition doesn't work properly, or the engine needs servicing, the whole regeneration process loses its meaning. So it's important to remember that this work is part of overall car care, not the only thing that needs to be done.
When it comes to costs, a new catalytic converter for the Huracan EVO or R8 V10 Performance can be quite expensive, even several thousand zlotys. Regeneration on our part is a really big saving, and in addition, the housing remains original and looks great. You could say that it is also an ecological solution, which is becoming increasingly important for owners of such cars.
If you notice any problems with exhaust fumes or your computer signals catalytic converter errors, think of us. After regeneration, the exhaust returns to full efficiency and the car is ready not only for everyday driving, but also for the race track. And technical inspections? Hey, no problem ;)

In summary, cars such as the Lambo Huracan and R8 V10 from 2015–2023 are our specialty. RFC metal inserts mean durability, safety, and full compliance with standards. For those who feel that caring for such machines is more than just a matter of operation – it is a way to preserve what is best for themselves and for the world.
