KIA OPTIMA 1.6 T-GDI CATALYTIC CONVERTER REGENERATION - EURO 6
Catalytic Converter Regeneration in Kia Optima 1.6 T-GDI
Catalytic converters play a crucial role in reducing harmful emissions from vehicles, and their efficient functioning is essential for environmental protection and meeting emission standards like EURO 6. Owners of Kia Optima models, especially from 2019 and 2020, now have the option to regenerate their catalytic converters, offering an economical and eco-friendly solution.
For the regeneration, we used a universal type S metal catalytic converter insert with three cores to enhance performance and durability. Compatible with gasoline engines and LPG systems. - [PRODUCT LINK]
Here is the process of regeneration:
1.Prepare the catalytic converter by removing the old, worn-out ceramic insert.jpg)

2.Removal of the damaged insert
3.Fitting of the new RFC EURO 6 - 600 cpsi metal insert
4.Welding the casing and installing the original catalytic converter cover.jpg)
