Today we had the pleasure of remanufacturing the catalytic converter in a 2012 Jeep Liberty 3.7L V6. This rugged off-roader deserves the best care, so we performed a comprehensive remanufacturing to give it a second life. We removed the worn ceramic cartridge and installed a modern EURO 5 - 500 cpsi metal cartridge, which will significantly improve the performance and life of the catalytic converter. The entire process took about 2 hours and was a complete success. Now the Jeep Liberty is ready for more adventures, with a new, efficient catalytic converter that meets the latest emission standards. :-)

Below is the entire process of catalytic converter regeneration in 2012 Jeep Liberty:

1. Preparing the catalytic converters to remove the old, worn ceramic inserts

2. Cutting the original housing and removing the worn ceramic catalytic converter inserts



3. Installation of new metal inserts with dimensions of 110/100 mm



4. Welding of catalyst housing


5. Preparation of catalysts for shipment - 2 hours of work and everything is ready ;)
