CATALYTIC CONVERTER REGENERATION HONDA ODYSSEY 3.5L i-VTEC 248 BHP 2010
The 2010 Honda Odyssey 3.5L is a vehicle that perfectly combines performance, comfort and safety, offering an unparalleled ride quality, both in the city and on longer trips. Today we'll look at catalytic converter regeneration in this car to restore its full efficiency and performance. The catalytic converter is a key component of the exhaust system, responsible for reducing harmful exhaust emissions. Over time, it can become contaminated and lose its properties, leading to increased fuel consumption, decreased engine power and non-compliance with emission standards.
Here is the six-point catalytic converter remanufacturing process we performed on a 2010 Honda Odyssey 3.5L:
1. Catalytic converter removal
2. Cutting apart the original housing and removing the worn ceramic catalytic converter inserts

3. Fitting of new metal RFC EURO 5 - 500 cpsi inserts with dimensions (110/100 mm) - LINK
4. Installation of new metal RFC inserts
5. Weld the housing of the original catalytic converters

6. Cleaning of the catalytic converter housing and preparation for shipment - two hours and the product is ready for shipment
With catalytic converter remanufacturing, your Honda Odyssey once again meets emissions standards, uses less fuel and maintains optimal performance. Catalytic converter remanufacturing is an economical and environmentally friendly way to extend the life of the catalytic converter and ensure better ride quality.
