Also don't forget to fix the cause of faster cartridge wear, if it has worn out faster than standard the cause may be oil or fuel entering the exhaust system. If you have a gas system installed and in addition it is not too well adjusted it also contributes to faster wear of the original ceramic cartridges, which are not resistant to the higher temperature of gas combustion.
