The returned unit must be complete, original, marked with the OE number, and free from mechanical damage or signs of tampering. Catalytic converter regeneration involves replacing the used core with a new metallic one, restoring full functionality of the system and meeting EURO 6 emission standards.

To ensure that the catalytic converter meets the required standards, we use EURO 6 inserts. Sports inserts with 200 cpsi have a less dense mesh and therefore a smaller active surface area, which is why the EURO 6 standard is not excessive here and allows the differences between the catalytic surface area of 200 and 400 cpsi to be compensated for. On the other hand, the increased throughput of 200 cpsi can be felt immediately on the wheel :-)
