Catalytic converter regeneration involves replacing worn-out inserts with new metal ones, restoring the system to full efficiency and meeting EURO 6 emissions standards. The regeneration process uses high-quality metal inserts that match the original specifications. Thanks to these inserts, no errors appear in the engine control unit. In rare cases, however, it may be necessary to manually clear the error using computer diagnostics, which is a standard procedure after replacing exhaust system components.

Catalytic converter housings can optionally be coated with a special ceramic layer that is resistant to high temperatures and minor mechanical damage. Thanks to this coating, the catalytic converter elements heat up faster, allowing them to reach their operating temperature—which is optimal for catalytic conversion of exhaust gases—more quickly. At the same time, the ceramic coating effectively insulates the heat from the heated catalytic converter from nearby engine compartment components.

Original EURO 6 catalytic converter inserts have a flow capacity of 600 cpsi in the front section of the catalytic converters and 400 cpsi in the rear section.

Depending on your needs and expected performance, we offer the following options:

• 200 + 200 cpsi – highest throughput; in most cases, this causes the check engine light to come on—requires modification of the engine control unit software.
• 400 + 200 cpsi – reduces the risk of an engine fault code; in many cases, it works without requiring any modifications. However, this depends on the car’s condition, the condition of the fuel injectors, the efficiency of the lambda sensors, and the quality of the air-fuel mixture.
• 600 + 400 cpsi – guarantees no engine errors; requires no modifications.
