Catalytic converter regeneration involves replacing the worn-out insert with a new metal one, restoring the system to full efficiency and meeting EURO 5 or EURO 6 emissions standards. High-quality metal inserts that match the original specifications are used in the regeneration process. Thanks to these inserts, no errors appear in the engine control unit. In rare cases, however, it may be necessary to manually clear the error using computer diagnostics, which is a standard procedure after replacing exhaust system components.

Depending on your needs and expected performance, we offer the following options:

• 200 cpsi – highest flow rate; in most cases, this causes the check engine light to come on—requires engine software modification.
• 400 cpsi – reduces the risk of an engine error; in many cases, it works without requiring any modifications. However, this depends on the car’s condition, the state of the fuel injectors, the efficiency of the lambda sensors, and the quality of the air-fuel mixture. 
• 500 cpsi – ensures high exhaust gas purification efficiency while maintaining good flow capacity. In most cases, it operates without interfering with the engine control program and significantly reduces the risk of error codes.
• 600 cpsi – guarantees no engine error codes and requires no modifications.

Note: Installing a catalytic converter with 200 or 400 cpsi inserts may be insufficient in vehicles with a malfunctioning engine or fuel system. This may result in improper catalytic converter operation and failure to meet emissions standards.
