Description

The subject of the offer is the regeneration of catalytic converters involving the welding of new metal catalytic converter inserts into the original housings. The dimensions of the cartridge are optimally matched to this car in terms of diameter and length and are 125/100 mm. The emission standard of the cartridge is Euro 4 and the capacity is 500 cpsi. The manufacturer of the cartridges is a well-known Polish company Polonez AWG and the cartridges have all the necessary approvals and a 12-month warranty. We also have sports cartridges with increased throughput of 200-400 cpsi.

If you have a gas installation, it also contributes to faster wear of the original ceramic cartridges, which are not resistant to the higher temperature of gas combustion.

Cut the original housing, weld the insert from the inside and weld the housing. The insert should be installed in accordance with the arrow engraved on the insert housing, which indicates the direction of the flue gas flow.
